Check the Health of the Kitten
If the kitten is visibly injured or sick, take the kitten to a veterinarian immediately.

How To Tell If Mom Has Returned To Her Kittens
Put a ring of flour around the kittens and look for paw prints to see if mom has returned to them.

Stay With Mom

If they are doing well, let the kittens stay with Mom outdoors. When they are ready for have them all spayed, neutered and return to the outside.
